dear weekends

you're only kind of my total favorite.

i had a very very fun weekend this weekend and it made my heart happy. like ridiculously. ill start from today. right now. i am piknicking, facebooking, texting, and watching ncis(ing). and its fun. this morning, i went to church. and had fun in children's ministry with abby and miss dawson. they make my life oh so enjoyable. really. we think that there are some things that should not be said in a sunday school class (yet we had to say them anyway) such as: "no. you may not take your pants off." and many more.

yesterday, i had a gradutation party, and it was fun... but it wasn't as fun as going to my friend michelle's afterwards. which was so, very very fun. so, here are a few pictures from the event.

on friday i went to my dear friend's graduation party. me and hannah, and the rachel's and shannon took lots of pictures. we had a really lot of fun. we also think that we should get the homeschooler award for this picture. its awesome.

and this is me and my dear love hannah. who... i love :) we really liked meg's umbrella. it was really cute. we had much fun and cant wait to party together again.

dear lifeguarding

you are quite entertaining.

today was my first day on the job as a lifeguard! it was really, very entertaining. the morning kicked off with 8 elderly people and water aerobics, plus a fellow guard doing yoga on the pool deck. fun stuff. then! my dear livvy came in, and we had much fun. the kindergarten kids came and made a splash (literally), we danced and talked, and then the big event of the day came (drum roll please), there was a big wad of hair in the pool. and it scared us.majorly. thank goodness i didn't have to get it. in the end, my day was quite enjoyable and i think i am a fairly awesome lifeguard.

i heart you both. oh so much.

if i could write poetry i think i would dedicate a poem to jenna and jcrew because they are truly fabo, but i can't so i won't. jenna is the "in-house style expert and muse" in the words of jcrew. i am personally a really, really big fan. heart you jenna. so in honor of jenna and her picks, here are... my top jenna's picks.

my apologies for not posting in a little while. not much is exciting with me. i had alfalfa on wednesday and afterwards we had a jehnavy sleepover in quarryville! playing ping, ("guys im not sherlock holmes"), american idol (yeah.kris), ring fiascos ("i thought i may as well look in the word of God") , popcorn runs, lifeguard stories and oh, so much more. but sadly, there are no pictures to document this momentous occasion.

aaaannnnyway, on thursday we went to the last day of compass and had mucho fun taking pictures and having biblical fellowship, swinging, hanging with my renee baby, and then going to cheerleading tryouts. go warriors.

yesterday we took it easy then headed out for cheerleading tryouts again and then watched matt's softball game. it was quite intense, and they won! go covfel a.

today i am planning a productive day of... tanning.

dear snuggle softball

you are so, so enjoyable.

today after cheerleading tryouts today (which were, so, so ridiculously fun in case you were wondering) i went to the covfel a vs. covfel b softball game. it was epic. covfel a was going strong until a few good plays tied them up 8-8 in the fourth inning, but hence, covfel a prevailed with scoring 8 runs in one inning beasting covfel b 16-8. thats what happens when you challenge matt hayes' victory. sorry boys.

this picture was from me and phoebe and talyn and meggie smith snuggle softballing. phoebe is an adams, and hence she has a warm neck, so me and talyn snuggled with her and became warm. it was awesome. and then! we rolled down the hill and phoebe lost her gum. it was a travesty. good story again eh?

this is a picture of me and my dear heidi girl that my dear meggie sister took and i felt the need to post it because i thought it was pretty fierce. me and heidi like to think that we are whitney (heidi) and lo (me) from the hills. meg is lc because she is way fashionable. heidi is whitney because when she goes out in public people ask her if she is whitney because the resemblance is so startling. and i am lo because i couldn't be audrina because she is much too hoochie.

dear alpha retreat

you.are.amazing.

is it not God to use something that you expected nothing of to change your life? the answer is yes. this weekend at the alpha retreat God met me and so many of my friends in a powerful way that I never saw coming. I could write pages, and pages (no lie) about what I learned and how this has affected me, but I won't because you will get very, very bored and think i am a crazy person. which is probably true because i only got one hour of sleep on the alpha retreat. yeah, im that cool. and another thing? i got to spend this time with my best friend hannah and we got to have ridiculously fun (and bug and walks into the woods) filled times of biblical fellowship. i love watching God move in her life, and! i love HER. so, so much. God.is.good.

then today, i had life guarding all day at the y(mca) and had a ridiculously fun (and REALLY COLD) time. now i am in my house catching up on my favorite crime scene shows. i heart being a big dork. and this picture below? is a picture of a room. and i really really like it. great story eh?

well i WOULD give you more pictures from alpha, but frankly, i didn't take any. but! hannah did. and hopefully she will upload them soon because they are really cute and we look really like twins which is super awesome.

dear jewish pants,

you make me laugh to no end.

last night me and kelsey had lots of fun at alpha texting jim questions and having really biblical conversations about jewish pants. it kind of made my life.

but today! we had photography class and it was a lot of fun.

i actually learned a lot about photography and had a great time (photo)shooting with liv, bee, and hannah. check it.

dear anthropologie and apple

you are my absolute favorites.

anthropologie- my meghan sister and all of her friends have always loved anthropologie, but my kaitlyn friend really taught me to love it more than much. and now im kind of obsessed. i mean, look at all the awesomeness.

me and meg and heidi saw someone wearing this at a wedding we went to on sunday and we loved it a lot. meg and heidi (or should i say lc and whitney?) immediately spotted it as anthropologie. what stylish ladies.

this dress is another favorite of mine, its just... so cute!

now to my second favorite of the post, apple!- i just really really heart apple. i just downloaded safari and it reminded me of when i had a mac at school (rip lauren brie) and i just felt compelled to share that. can you say random rambling? yes. also! i remembered this because i lost my dear dear iTouch (maybe rip eduardo) and that makes my heart awfully sad. but i did heart eduardo when i could find him.

sorry for two posts in one day. i thought this may be a little bit more exciting then doing geometry! okay, maybe i didn't think i KNEW that it would be more fun than geometry. yes please.

dear downington church plant,

i love you. i saw my dear friend k-t mac's blog post on the church plant and just couldn't resist a post! yes, my heart smiles so many smiles when I think about the church plant. i can't wait to see how God works in my life, the lives of everyone in the church, and everyone who comes into the church. i'm gonna miss my covfel lovies, (meg, liv, han, bee, heidi girl) but i know ill still talk to them because i love them :) but im also looking forward to new relationships with the brandywine grace gals! God is good :)

another update on the housing industry (who i am slowly becoming a fan of), we sold our house! to a nice couple that really love our house! which is really just the best part of things. to celebrate selling the house we all got ice cream, and i played football with my dad. and frankly, im the next peyton manning. but my football playing induced a shoulder injury, but hannah says to tough it out because peyton manning has had many shoulder injuries. im working on it. (that's our, we sold our house! picture)

this saturday i hung out with meg and heidi at a wedding and we had a really fun day! five guys burgers and fries, houses/neighbors, carachatures, shopping, the hills, and chillin with the fam= love. (picture from that day is above :)

well now that like EVERYONE has a blog i think i shall have to keep up my posting and commenting and whatnot. much loves to all!

dear housing market

i hate you.

okay, maybe not hate, but you sure are a pain in my butt. right now the house de la hayes is very, very hectic. cutting drywall out of the carpets, cleaning the insides of windows, and finding more chores to do than you could ever dream up in your entire life. ah, the joys of selling a house. but! the reward, is so.so.sweet. low and behold my new casa, located near my dear siblings and lots of friends! i can not wait to move into this baby! 48 days (or later apparently.)

although i do love our current house a super lot, i can not wait to move into my new one :) but im storing up memories while i have the chance by taking about a million trillion idghabedgihbv pictures and going to lots of movies and parties, and enjoying my few sweet months of still being a native to the glorious king of prussia mall. below are my favorite etsy rings, that i heart with many many hearts. and my favorite pink tree, thats ridiculously awesome.
